Harry Nowicki

Harry is one of the principal partners at Nowicki Carbone, he has a strong background in trade unions and extensive experience in personal injury litigation.

Harry's key principles are his emphasis on the need for care, skill and attention and an abiding belief in sharing ideas amongst a team of lawyers. These same principles characterise Nowicki Carbone as a firm. Harry is involved in the review of and discussion on most cases. Harry's influence ensures that skill, care and attention are invested at both an individual and collective level by the firm.

Harry graduated from Monash University in 1971 with a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) and in 1988 with a Bachelor of Laws. He was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1989. Since graduating, he has worked extensively with the Trade Unions and their members, and has been practising in personal injury litigation for almost 20 years.

Tony Carbone

Tony is one of the principal partners at Nowicki Carbone. Having been in practice for over two decades, he has broad experience in the law. However, his particular expertise and interest has always been in personal injury litigation.

Tony's most characteristic qualities are his energy and positivity. He brings these qualities to the clients and other professionals at Nowicki Carbone to facilitate a dynamic and team-oriented approach to resolving claims.

Although a partner, Tony is involved in almost everything that happens at the Firm. His incredible enthusiasm and energy would require no less. When bringing a claim to Nowicki Carbone, a client can expect to interact with Tony and benefit from his expertise at some point.

Tony graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1984 with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws and was admitted to practice in 1986.
